Simple, Brain-Based, Chiropractic
Restore Function. Improve Quality of Life. Promote Optimal Health. Prevent Dis-ease and Infirmity.
Chiropractic is simple. We live in a stress-filled, fallen, world.
The scientific and medical researchers suggest that up to 90% of all health problems are stress-related.
Regular chiropractic care helps to undo the tension and damage caused by stress.
I believe the best way to use chiropractic is to get checked, and adjusted (if necessary) each week – perhaps more frequently if you are injured, overly stressed, or not functioning optimally. We have programs which allow our members to get that care in our studio for a low monthly fee.
We know that the nervous system is the master system that controls and coordinates the function of every tissue cell, organ, and system of the body. Stress can build up in the nervous system and lead to dysfunction throughout the body.
As a chiropractor, my focus is on helping people to achieve optimal health and vitality by correcting something in the nervous system called, subluxation. My practice focuses on improving quality of life, promoting optimal health, and preventing dis-ease and disease, through chiropractic care. Our adjustments are very gentle, in fact, we care for people of all ages: infants, children, adults and seniors.
We do not treat medical conditions through chiropractic. Our sole purpose is to analyze the spine and nervous system for something that occurs called the subluxation. Subluxations are caused by stress (emotional, chemical, or physical) and result in postural distortions, nerve tension, or misaligned vertebra, which put pressure on the spinal cord or spinal nerves and literally interfere with the flow of nerve and mental impulses from the brain to the cells, tissues, and organs of the body.
Stress is ultimately the cause of about 90% of all health problems. Stress is constantly around us in at least 3 forms: emotional, chemical, and physical. Stress creates tension in the body and reduces our resistance to combat it. As long as our internal ability to resist stress is higher than the amount of stress we face, everything is okay. Unfortunately, our stress level can overwhelm our body’s ability to adapt, and a health problem can occur.
My primary focus is the function of the brain and central nervous system. I deal with stress and homeostasis, by removing interference to the function of the central nervous system, to allow the body to heal and function at its optimal potential.
The objective of the chiropractic adjustment is to correct something that occurs in the nervous system called a subluxation, or an abnormal neurological pattern. This is our ONLY objective in assessing your body, and providing any adjustive care.
Insurance and Chiropractic
Health insurance does not pay for care that they deem to be non-medically necessary, or maintenance. If the intent of your care is to promote health, prevent future problems, treat a chronic condition, or improve your quality of life, then it must NOT be submitted to insurance as medically necessary. Since my intent is ALWAYS to promote optimal health, prevent future health problems, improve your quality of life, and to help you to maximize your expression of life, my care is NEVER medically necessary.

Membership plans are available for individuals, couples, families, and companies, to provide “unlimited” care at a fixed fee. Unlimited is defined as all the care necessary (at my discretion) to get the healing process going, then weekly thereafter. Taking in to account vacations, weather, and other factors, most members get checked and adjusted 35-50 times over the course of the year.
Members are able to come in to the studio, without an appointment, during regular hours.
My purpose as a chiropractor is much the same as his purpose as a coach – to remove interference, or obstruction to the goal. In the case of chiropractic, the goal is an optimal expression of life by removing pressure and tension on the nervous system, so that mental impulses flow from the brain to the rest of the body.
My techniques are very gentle – I DO NOT merely crack necks and backs. Adjustments feel great and have a global effect on the body.
Chiropractic is not a treatment or cure for any health problem. The objective of chiropractic is to remove interference to the nervous system. With that said, once the body is void of subluxation, patients consistently report improvement in the following conditions and more:
Even if symptoms do not improve or completely go away, chiropractic serves a much higher intention of removing interference to the expression of life as it relates to the nervous system. Symptoms can occur from a variety of sources, such as side-effects of drugs, or emotional trauma. Chiropractic care is essential for reversing the damage stress has done, and maximizing one’s expression of life as it relates to the nervous system.
*Unlimited is defined in this office as all the care that you need, as determined by Dr. Little. Most practice members receive 35-50 adjustments per year. Typically a practice member comes in weekly for care. Sometimes they need to come in more frequently due to an injury or high levels of stress, and sometimes they go a few weeks without coming in. Unlimited does not imply daily, or beyond normal practice hours.
