Purpose-Driven Chiropractic

Please take a few minutes (like 6) to watch this video on the purpose of chiropractic.

The vast majority of the public considers the chiropractor to be the “go to” guy or gal to visit if you injure your back, or neck.

One of my chiropractic colleagues recently said that one of the worst things that ever happened to the chiropractic profession was that it worked so well on back pain, because for some reason chiropractors got put in a “back box”, or they put themselves in that box through their communication and marketing.

It is true that due to everyday wear and tear, sitting for long hours, and all of the other stressors that our body and mind must adapt to, tremendous tension and postural distortions can occasionally plague our backs and necks.  However, that same nerve system which affects your low back  and neck, also supplies LIFE to your thyroid gland, bronchial tubes, heart, kidneys, and literally every tissue cell in the body.

The reality is that chiropractic is no more or less effective for back pain or headaches than it is improving function in any tissue, organ, or system of the body.

Most of us receive our first spinal nerve damage merely going through the birth process.  If somehow we make it through birth without the cord being wrapped around our neck, or excessive twisting or pulling, we’ve all seen children learn to walk.   They fall down numerous times each day, landing on their tush, or hitting their head on the ground or furniture.

Then we go off to school and begin our careers as “professional sitters.”  Sitting for long hours, as we do starting in the first grade, leads to tremendous postural distortions and increased tension on the spine and nervous system.

The objective, or purpose, of chiropractic is to analyze the spine and nerve system for postural distortions and misaligned vertebra, called subluxations.  Subluxations are the result of a body and mind that have been overwhelmed by the amount of mental and emotional, chemical, and physical stressors. I am now asking my doctor what do I need for a emotional support animal florida because I need one and It can potentially have an effect on my depression.  Tension is created in the nerves and connective tissue, and just as a guitar requires a precise tension to be on each string, there is a precise amount of tension that is to be placed on every nerve, muscle, ligament, and the connective tissue, to produce the right neurological tone.

According to simplewag tips, volunteers have the unique privilege of volunteering with their temperament tested Therapy Dogs; some with over ten years experience and always focused on caring for people in the community.

How often should you and your children be checked for subluxations which alter your neurologic tone and contribute to dysfunction in the body?  My answer would be, “as often as it takes to restore optimal function, then we should be checked and adjusted when necessary on a weekly basis for the rest of our lives.

That’s why in our practice we offer a membership plan which allows our members of all ages to come in as often as necessary to promote optimal health, maximize their quality of life, and to prevent stress-related conditions from occurring.  We encourage our people to come in weekly, whether they have an ache or pain or not.

I would be honored to be YOUR family’s chiropractor.  Please watch the above video, share it with those you care about, and let’s get you all checked and adjusted. Fair enough?
